We reserve the rights to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website Or App and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions time to time when you use this website Or App and your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.

Ability to Sell

It is very important that you are convinced and happy that you want to deal with www.cashygo.in and you are well within your rights to do so.

You represent and warranty that you are not a minor and that you can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Whether you are an individual or business, you also represent and warranty that you rightfully own or are legally authorized to sell any gagets when you enter into www.cashygo.in website or app. If you do not qualify, please do not attempt to use cashygo.in. 

If you are minor and have used www.cashygo.in, your parents or guardians cannot hold us liable for any claims that may result from your breach of this warranty.

By selling on our website, you warrant that you are a resident of India and accessing www.cashygo.in from India.

“Cashygo” is registered trademark and unit of “AM ENTERPRISES” (hereinafter called as “Cashygo”,   is engaged primarily in the business of buying/ selling of pre-owned/ used electronic gadgets includes mobile phones, tablets, computers, laptops, desktops gaming consoles and earbuds etc.

Quote

You will identify the make and model number (usually located behind the battery) of the phone you are interested in selling to Cashygo, and you will provide information about the condition of the phone . If cashygo wishes to buy the phone which you have described, cashygo will give you a Quote based on the information you have provided. The Quote is Not a Guaranteed Price. Cashygo will pay the full amount of the Quote only if cashygo finds that the make and model, condition, and accessories of the phone match the information provided.

Cashygo reserves the right to determine the model, the condition, and the accessories of each phone and make adjustments to the Quote or withdraw its offer to buy the phone entirely based on its assessment.

Those phones that do not meet the above requirements will be re-quoted which may bring down the Price Quoted.

I/ We agree and accept the quote provided by “Cashygo.in” in exchange of my electronic gadget.

I/ We agree and accept that in case the conditions of gadget is not same as Mentioned while placing an order, price quote may vary accordingly.

I/ We declare and confirm that the personal details and ID Proof etc. as provided by me/ us at the time of selling my device and are true and correct in all aspects. I/ We accept that providing personal information at time of selling device is governed by the Privacy Policy of “Cashygo”.

For the purpose, valid ID Proof(s) are:

1 Aadhar Card

2 Passport

3 Driving License

Any other Government ID bearing Photo and Address of the person.

All phones must not be 'activation locked'. Phones on an overseas network or locked will not be accepted. Apple devices must delinked from any iCloud accounts. 

Lost or Stolen Mobile Phones and Free and Clear Electronic Serial Number (ESN)

Selling a phone or device which you do not own may amount to a criminal offence.

Cashygo only buys phones that have a valid and verifiable ESN or IMEI number. This means that the sticker under the battery that displays this number must be clearly visible.

It is your responsibility to ensure Cashygo does not receive phones with ESN numbers that are associated with an account, have been reported lost or stolen, or are otherwise blocked. Every phone with an ESN is verified before resale by cashygo. If Cashygo determines during verification that the ESN is not free and clear, you will be notified by email and given seven (7) days to clear the ESN. If you do not successfully clear the ESN within the seven (7) days, then Cashygo will not buy the phone.

Phones associated with an account will be returned subject to the provisions of the Returns section below. Those reported lost or will attempt to deliver to the authorities or the rightful owners rather than to you, and the Quote will be withdrawn. 

If we have paid you for a phone that you have sold to us and subsequently there is an issue regarding the ownership of the phone, you will immediately reimburse us. If Cashygo is ever penalized or fined or suffers any loss or damages because a phone you offered to sell was not yours to sell, then you will reimburse Cashygo for all costs incurred, including legal fees.

If at any point of time there are issues about ownership of a phone sold to us, you agree to co-operate with us fully with a view to resolving the issues and liable for any issues arising.

We may disclose seller details to the Police or other authorised bodies (such as, but not limited to, network operators and insurance companies) for the purpose of investigating or preventing a crime. By entering into this contract you agree to us supplying data to the police or other authorised bodies for the purpose of the prevention and detection of crime, arrest and prosecution of offenders or for the recovery of stolen property.
